The Mission of the Charles Clark Chateau is to preserve the historic building under the ownership of Butte-Silver Bow and encourage it's active use by providing a space and support for the community and visitors to gather and engage in cultural, artistic and humanities programming.

The Root & The Bloom Collective, a non-profit organization, raises funds to support the art and culture programming for youth and adults provided by the Historic Clark Chateau. Through grants, donations and volunteer time, they support and ensure that the arts and humanities programming at the Clark Chateau keeps this historic building thriving as a vibrant community space.

PUBLIC TOURS

Public Tours are offered year round. $7 for self guided tours. $10 for guided tours.

We offer guided tours during business by appointment.

Student and Senior rates available.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

The Clark Chateau offers a wide range of public programs for free. We host readings from authors and poets, staged play readings, book clubs, dance workshops, music workshops and a variety of youth programs. Visit our rotation of exhibitions in our gallery spaces.

BUILDING RENTALS

We offer a variety of rental options to meet community needs. We are available for you wedding, business reception, school events and film projects.
